Thank you, Jay Chou

for 18 years of ceaseless company through joy and misery; for teaching me about hard work and loyalty; for drilling into an entire generation, through example, the notion that filial piety was cool; for single-handedly supporting hundreds and thousands of jobs -- and for bringing love and sunshine to a million times that many lives. Thank you.

18 years.

14 Albums

and 5 Live Albums (I know the tracklist for the Incomparable tour by heart, y'know?), 4 EPs (-- how bland would the world be without 世紀末日, 蝸牛, and 軌跡), and 2 Original Soundtracks. I love them all.

13 Concerts

We celebrated your birthday on 18th January 2008 in Singapore, and mine 10 years later on 27th January 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

And since you asked...

I took all of these photographs myself, mostly at the Taipei Arena in September 2017 where I was lucky enough to get Row 1 [and where photography was allowed].

Give Zi Ai a chance to thank Jay for 18 years of memories, will you?

I'll be waiting.
